1. Digital Service Policy

All services offered on Nakshatra Horoscope (specifically the Full Horoscope Reading) are digital services delivered instantly online upon successful checkout.

Because our services are customized based on unique individual birth parameters (Name, Date of Birth, Time, Location) and are delivered immediately upon purchase, they cannot be returned. Therefore, we do not offer refunds or returns once a payment has been successfully completed.

අප විසින් සපයනු ලබන සේවාවන් ක්ෂණික ඩිජිටල් සේවාවන් වන අතර ඔබ ලබා දෙන තොරතුරු වලට අනුව සකස් කෙරෙන බැවින්, සාර්ථකව සිදු කරන ලද ගෙවීමක් සඳහා කිසිදු මුදලක් ආපසු ගෙවීමක් (Refund) සිදු කරනු නොලැබේ.

2. Inaccurate Birth Details

Please ensure all birth parameters are double-checked for correctness prior to completing the payment. We cannot refund purchases or regenerate readings free of charge due to incorrect birth information provided by the user.

උපන් දිනය, වේලාව හෝ ස්ථානය වැරදි ලෙස ඇතුලත් කිරීම හේතුවෙන් සිදු වන දෝෂ සඳහා මුදල් ආපසු ගෙවීම් හෝ නොමිලේ නැවත සකස් කර දීමක් සිදු කරනු නොලැබේ.

3. Technical Errors & Double Debits

In the event of a technical error (e.g. system crashes or internet connection drops) where you are charged but do not receive the reading page, or if you are accidentally charged twice for the same reading:

• Please contact us immediately via email at support@horoscope.lk with your order details and transaction proof.
• If double debiting is verified, we will initiate a refund for the duplicate transaction within 5-7 business days through the PayHere gateway.
• If the reading was not delivered due to a system error, we will manually generate and send your horoscope reading via email or restore access to the reading.

4. Order Cancellation

Since digital orders are processed and completed instantly, you cannot cancel an order once the payment has been completed. If you wish to cancel, you can do so at any time before clicking the payment confirmation on the PayHere hosted page.
